What are Mink lashes and why are they so popular?
Mink lashes are lashes made from mink hair which have naturally shed from the Mink. The hair is sterilized and 100% hand made into lashes. The reason why mink lashes are so popular is because they are softer, lighter, natural looking and are fluffy in comparison to silk, human and horse hair lashes . They also durable and last a lot longer which makes them really worth the cost!
Does MINK MINK have a physical store in Australia?
No, we only have an online presence at this stage with the hopes to expand to the global market, but who knows what the future may hold!


How do I register for an account?
You can create an account with the link located on the top right hand side at the top of the page. Simply click ‘Create Account/Sign In’ and fill out your details: your first and last name, email address and password. Simple wasn’t it?
I forgot my password! How do I reset it?
Simple! Click on ‘Create Account/Sign’ at the top of the page and you will be directed to Sign in page, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ then enter your email address and follow the prompts from your email to reset your password.


What are the accepted payment methods?
We currently accept Paypal, all major credit cards as well as zipPay & Afterpay.


How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping including tracking information is a flat rate of $8.50 AUD to any state within Australia via Australia Post.
Express shipping including tracking information at a flat rate of $11.00 AUD to any state within Australia via Australia Post.

We also offer courier shipping (including tracking) to Australian Metropolitan Areas only:
- VIC Metro $6.50
- All other Metro States within Australia $8.00
For all other countries around the globe, shipping varies from $14.95 AUD to $24.95 AUD including tracking information dependent on where you reside globally.
Alternatively, we do provide FREE national & international shipping on all orders over $65.00 & $125.00 (AUD) respectively.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
For Australian orders, we DO ship to P.O Boxes however, for international orders, we DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we certainly do! If your country is not listed in the checkout page, please get in touch with us and we do our best to accommodate shipping to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will vary upon the state you live in Australia and across the world, in saying that, please allow minimum 1-8 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. If you haven’t received your item(s) by then, please contact us and we will follow it up for you.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed within 1 business day, shipping will then occur the following business day. For example, if you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed by Tuesday at the latest and shipment will follow on Wednesday. We do same day processing provided your order is placed prior to 9:00am AEDT.
Will I be provided a tracking number with my order and how do I check this?
Yes, all orders include a tracking number, you will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been processed & shipped. 
My order was incorrect, I received the wrong lashes. What happens now?
We apologise in advance and understand this may happen on the very rare occasion. If you have received the wrong order/lashes, please contact us immediately via email in the following format below to ensure a speedy process. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with instructions on return of the incorrect lashes and shipping out the correct order.

Message: #Please attach a copy of your order details and photos of the package unopened if possible. Where there are hashtags (#) please enter your relevant details.


I already made an order but want to add/remove items, can this be done?
If this is the case, contact us immediately and we will check if your order has been processed and shipped, if it has then it will be too late to change your order. However if your order has not been shipped, we can make the amendments according to your changes.
I don’t like what I received and wish to exchange for another product(s), is this possible?

What's the policy regarding import duty and tax?
All international orders may be subject to import duty and/or tax depending on where you are located around the world. We cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for these potential fees should your order be subject to the above-mentioned, therefore it will be sole responsibility of the customer.
