    TRACKING

    We provide tracking number(s) for all shipments. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase however, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be dispatched, following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number. 
    You can also view your order details in your MINK MINK customer account (provided that you created an account with us).

    DELIVERY

    Delivery times may vary depending on location so please allow between 2 to 8 business days. 
    To ensure a trouble free delivery, be sure your shipping address is correct and to be contactable via contact number should you or anyone else is unavailable at shipping address to receive the order. Also don't forget to provide any special instructions at the checkout page prior to making your purchase. 
    If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping company will contact you via phone or leave a collect parcel card at your local post officr. If you are unavailable, cannot be contacted and the package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to have the items re-sent back to you.
